This little blog is really about helping ourselves. It’s about helping us find good people to be part of our agency.
You see, we search for, interview and hire many people into our agency and we see A LOT of people. Once hired, our agency wants our new recruit to integrate, grow and build the agency team. We want our people to succeed. But of all the people we interview, even some of the people who we end up hiring fall very short of our expectations. They stopped becoming better and started becoming dead weight. Eventually they leave. That situation is never good for them and certainly not good for the agency.
The story is this blog then is to make the process easier for us. We believe if you stop searching for that “perfect” agency and start focusing on the things you CAN change (ie yourself), find that you do better. From there, good things will follow – recognition, growth and the opportunity to be directly responsible in the growth of the agency.
So, let’s get started. If you follow all the tricks and tips we post here, you’ll do VERY well in our agency. The way we see it – that can only be good for your reputation with any agency.
